Q1. What weight and fabric options can you produce for this hoodie?

 Standard is heavyweight brushed fleece; we run 240-420 gsm and can quote cotton or cotton-poly blends. Tell us the weight you need and we will confirm the fabric and price before sampling - we do not print a weight on the page that the mill has not confirmed.

Q2. What is the minimum order quantity?

 50 pcs per color per style. You can split those 50 across S-3XL, so a first order can cover a full size run rather than a single size.

Q3. How long does sampling take, and is the sample fee refundable?

 7 days after tech pack, artwork and Pantone approval. Sample fees are quoted per style and credited against your bulk order once it is placed.

Q4. Can you match my brand color exactly? 

Yes. Send a Pantone TCX reference and we lab-dip before bulk. Sand, Clay and Olive are stocked base shades, so they sample fastest; other colors add a dip round.

Q5. Which decoration methods do you offer on this hoodie? 

creen print, discharge print, DTG, puff print and embroidery. Chest, sleeve, back and hood placements are all possible. Discharge works well on garment-dyed fleece because it removes dye instead of adding a heavy layer on top.

Q6. Can I use my own labels, hangtags and packaging?

 Yes. Woven main label, printed care label, size tag, hangtag, polybag and printed carton are produced to your artwork. We do not add a house brand logo unless you request one.

Q7. What are the bulk lead time and shipping terms?

 15-25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration. We ship FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou or EXW, and can quote DDP if you need door delivery.
