This is a heavyweight cotton fleece hoodie cut in a true unisex oversized drop-shoulder fit — the relaxed, boxy silhouette streetwear and workwear brands are buying now. Order it blank for your own print or embroidery setup, or have our in-house line apply your logo before it ships. We are a factory, not a trading company: the fleece is knitted on our own machines, panels are cut from our oversized drop-shoulder pattern, and decoration happens under the same roof.
| Step | Stage | What Happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | High-Density Knitting | Heavyweight cotton fleece is knitted in-house at high density, producing a thick, durable hand feel instead of a loosely knitted, thin fabric. |
| 2 | Precision Cutting | Panels are cut from an oversized drop-shoulder pattern, so the boxy silhouette comes from the pattern — not from simply scaling up a standard hoodie. |
| 3 | Custom Logo Application | Your logo is applied in-house by screen print or embroidery — and by contrast, tonal or reflective detail if that is what your line calls for. |
| Gate | Stage | What We Inspect |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fabric & Panel Inspection | Fleece weight and density checked against the approved standard, plus fabric faults, before any cutting begins. |
| 2 | Decoration Check | Logo placement, print/embroidery registration, colour accuracy and stitch density checked against your artwork. |
| 3 | 100% Final Inspection | Stitching check, measurement check against the size chart, then label and packing verification before the carton is sealed. Third-party inspection is welcome. |

How we measure: shoulder width is taken across the back from top armhole seam to top armhole seam; chest width is measured 1" below the base of the armhole, flat across; body length runs from the high point of the shoulder-neck to the front hem edge; sleeve length runs from the top shoulder seam to the cuff hem. Measurements are taken flat with a standard ±0.5" tolerance.
This style is cut oversized with a dropped shoulder and roughly 6" of body ease at size S — buyers wanting a true oversized look normally stay with their usual size, while a closer fit means sizing down. We can grade to your own size spec so the fit matches your existing line.
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the printed or embroidered area.
Building a hoodie line? Send us your target weight, colourways and logo file — we will come back with a quote, a sample and a sampling timeline.
Q1. What is your MOQ for this unisex oversized hoodie?
Our MOQ starts at 50 pcs per style. Because the exact minimum depends on your fabric weight, colourway and decoration method, send us your project details and we will confirm the per-colour minimum plus price breaks for larger runs.
Q2. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample in the same fabric, fit and decoration as your bulk run, so you can approve the weight, hand feel, dimensions and logo quality before production starts. Sampling runs 7 days after artwork and specifications are confirmed.
Q3. Is this hoodie unisex, and how does the oversized fit run?
It is graded as a unisex oversized style with a dropped shoulder, so one size range serves both men's and women's collections — useful if you want a single gender-neutral piece instead of two SKUs. The cut carries roughly 6" of body ease at size S: buyers wanting a true oversized look normally stay with their usual size, and a closer fit means sizing down. We can also grade to your own size spec.
Q4. Can I order it blank, and which decoration methods do you support?
Both paths are available. Order completely undecorated for your own printing or embroidery setup, or have us apply your logo in-house by screen print or embroidery, placed on the chest, the sleeve or both. Custom neck labels, sleeve labels, hang tags and poly bags are available for a full private-label build, and many brands split a run between blank and decorated units.
Q5. What fabric weight and composition can you produce?
The fleece is knitted in-house as a heavyweight cotton fleece, and both weight and composition are produced to your specification — tell us your target weight, blend ratio and colourways and we will quote accordingly. If you already buy a comparable hoodie, send us a reference garment and we will match the weight and hand feel.
Q6. How is the quality controlled, and what is the lead time?
Every order passes three gates: fabric and panel inspection before cutting, a decoration check against your artwork, and a 100% final inspection covering stitching, measurement against the size chart and packing. Bulk production typically runs 15–25 days depending on quantity and decoration complexity, and third-party inspection is welcome. Your quote will carry an exact production schedule.
Q7. Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Both. OEM: you supply the design, tech pack or reference garment and we manufacture to your specification. ODM: we develop the style with you — fleece weight, composition, fit, colourways and branding — then produce it under your brand. Because the fabric is knitted, the panels are cut and the decoration is applied in our own facility, there is no hand-off between suppliers.
