We build hoodies three ways: pullover hoodies and hooded sweatshirts, full-zip hoodies, and crew-neck sweatshirts for brands that want the same fabric across a wider range. The fabric is knitted, the panels are cut and the decoration is applied in our own factory in Huizhou, China — so you deal with one supplier, one quality standard and one quote instead of a chain of subcontractors.

Fabric And Weight: 240 GSM To 500 GSM Fleece

Weight is the first decision, because it drives hand feel, drape and unit cost. We produce cotton fleece, French terry, loopback and poly-cotton blends across the weights brands actually order — from 240 GSM light crew-neck weights up to 400, 450 and 500 GSM heavy fleece with the dense, structured hand that holds its shape and takes screen print and embroidery far better than a light fleece.

Weight, blend and colourways are produced to your specification: send us a target weight or a reference garment you already buy, and we match it. Blank Or Branded: Decoration And Private Label

Order hoodies completely blank for your own print shop, or have our in-house line apply your logo before they ship — many brands split a run and take part blank, part decorated. Decoration covers screen print, DTG, puff print and embroidery (flat, 3D puff or tonal), placed on the chest, sleeve, back or hood. For a true private-label finish we add custom neck labels, woven labels, wash tags and custom packaging.

Quality Control Before Your Order Ships

Every order passes three gates: fabric and panel inspection against the approved weight and density before cutting, a decoration check of the print or embroidery against your artwork, and a 100% final inspection covering stitching, measurement against the size chart and packing. Bulk production typically runs 15–25 days depending on quantity and decoration complexity, third-party inspection is welcome, and every quote carries a production schedule.

Can you produce blank hoodies with no branding at all?

Yes. Blank programmes with no prints or labels are a normal order for us, and we can bulk-pack them for your own printer or decorator.

Which decoration methods can you apply in-house?
