100% Combed Cotton Polo Shirts — Factory Direct, No Middleman

Combed cotton is cotton with the short fibres removed before spinning. The result is a smoother, stronger yarn that pills less and feels noticeably softer against the neck. We knit, dye, cut and sew this polo in our own factory, which is what lets us hold a 7-day sample and a 50-piece MOQ without trading away the fabric.

What "factory direct" changes for you

When the same team knits the fabric and sews the polo, spec changes do not have to travel between suppliers. If your sample comes back with a collar you want firmer, we change it at the knitting and fusing stage and resample. That is the practical difference between a factory and a trading company.

Q: Are you the factory or a trading company? 

A: We are the factory. Knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing and QC are all done in-house, which is why we can hold 7-day sampling and MOQ 50.

Q: Can you produce from my tech pack?

 A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both supported. Send a tech pack or a reference garment and we will confirm measurements before sampling.

Q: Which weights can you knit in 100% combed cotton?

 A: 180, 200, 220, 240 and 260gsm pique. Swatches are available so you can choose by hand feel rather than by description.

Q: Can we arrange a third-party inspection before shipment? 

A: Yes. Independent inspection is welcome; tell us the inspector and date and we schedule the production window around it.

Q: What are your payment terms? 

A: Standard terms are a deposit on order confirmation with the balance against the shipping documents. Specific terms are confirmed on your quotation.

Q: What is the shrinkage rate after washing?

 A: Combed cotton knits are pre-shrunk and tested; we confirm the measured figure on your bulk sample rather than quoting a generic number.
