This T-shirt is made from 100% combed cotton at 180gsm. It is soft, breathable, and pre-shrunk for comfortable wear and reliable shape retention after repeated washing.

Q2. How is the 3D embossed logo made? Will it crack or peel after washing?

The logo is created using a raised rubber 3D embossing process. It is securely bonded to the highly flexible fabric through a heat-adhesive process, allowing it to remain flexible with the garment. Under normal washing conditions, it will not crack, fade, or peel.

Q3. Can I customize the logo? Which file formats do you accept?

Yes. We accept logos, monograms, lettering, and artwork in AI, PDF, PNG, SVG, or JPG formats. High-resolution files are recommended, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. We will confirm the artwork before production.

Q4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ for custom logo embossing is 50 pieces. Sample orders of 1–2 pieces can be provided for quality inspection before bulk production.

Q5. How long do production and shipping take?

Production takes 3–7 business days after artwork approval. Shipping takes approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight are available.
