We are acustom acid wash printed T-shirt manufacturerproducing300gsm heavyweight mineral-washed oversized tees, and offering custom printing services for streetwear brands, boutiques and wholesalers. Every step — cutting, sewing, garment washing, printing and final finishing — is done in our own factory, so your printed tees never leave our workshop from artwork to bulk order.
| Step | Stage | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Stone wash | Garments are tumbled with natural stones to remove surface impurities and build an aged, vintage base tone. |
| 2 | Mineral spray | A mineral acid solution is sprayed evenly across the surface, etching it to create a natural mottled texture and fade. |
| 3 | Bio-softening | Bio-enzymes soften the fabric, reduce stiffness and improve comfort for a premium hand feel. |
The result:a unique, natural fade — soft and comfortable to the touch, looking genuinely vintage rather than machine-made distressing.

Measurements are garment measurements, with a standard tolerance of ±2 cm. This tee is cut with a relaxed boxy fit — buyers wanting a true oversized look usually stay with their normal size, while a closer fit means sizing down.
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours — wash separately for the first wash. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry in shade to preserve the wash tone. Do not iron directly on the printed area.
Building a graphic tee line? Send us your artwork, target weight and fit — we will come back with a quote and sampling timeline.
Q1. What is your MOQ for custom acid wash graphic t-shirts?
Our MOQ is kept low so new brands can launch a graphic tee drop without carrying heavy stock. The exact per-style and per-colour minimum depends on your print method and wash recipe — send your project details and we will confirm the minimum plus price breaks for larger runs.
Q2. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample using the same 300GSM cotton, mineral acid wash tone, boxy fit and graphic placement as the bulk run, so you can approve the fade, fabric hand feel and print quality before production starts.
Q3. What is mineral acid washing, and how is it different from standard acid wash?
The mineral acid wash is a controlled three-step garment treatment: in the stone wash stage, natural stones tumble the garments to remove surface impurities and build a vintage base tone; in the mineral spray stage, the surface is etched to form a natural mottled fade; in the bio-softening stage, enzymes reduce stiffness and lift the hand feel. Ordinary acid washes usually stop at step one, which is why cheap tees feel stiff and fade in flat, uniform blocks instead of the irregular fades you see on truly vintage garments.
Q4. Does every T-shirt look the same?
No — and that's the point. Each garment is washed as a finished piece, so the fade pattern and speckling on every tee is slightly different, giving each one its own vintage character. If you need higher consistency on a bulk order, we control the wash formula and agree a tolerance range after you approve samples, keeping batch-to-batch variation within limits.
Q5. Do you print before or after the acid wash?
After. The garments are washed first, then printed. Because the fabric has already shrunk and stabilized by then, print edges stay crisp and adhesion is more reliable than printing on unstable grey fabric — with no fading or ink distortion.
Q6. What sizes are available? How should I choose the right size?
Sizes range from S to 2XL, with custom sizes available. This tee is cut in a relaxed oversized silhouette with reinforced shoulders — buyers who want the true oversized look usually size true, while those who prefer a closer fit size down. Our size chart lists shoulder, chest, body and sleeve lengths for each size, with a standard tolerance of ±2 cm. We can also grade to your size spec, ensuring the fit matches your existing line perfectly.
Q7. Do you accept OEM and ODM projects? What are the lead times?
Yes, both. OEM: you provide the artwork, tech pack or reference garment and we produce to your specifications. ODM: we develop the style with you — fabric weight, wash tone, fit and branding included — then produce it under your brand. Sampling usually takes 7-10 days after artwork confirmation; developing the acid wash process may add a few days depending on the target tone. Bulk production typically takes 20-30 days depending on quantity and print complexity; your quotation will include an exact schedule.
