Q1. What is the MOQ for custom logo t-shirts? 

Our MOQ is flexible. For blank tees we accept small trial orders, and for custom logo printing the minimum depends on the printing method — typically 50-100 pieces for screen printing. Contact us with your design and quantity for an exact quote.

Q2. Can I order a sample before bulk production?

Yes. We offer sample orders before mass production so you can check the fabric weight, acid wash effect and print quality. Samples are shipped within 7 days of confirmation, and the sample cost is deducted from your bulk order.

Q3. What printing methods do you support for my logo?

 We support screen printing, DTG, embroidery, puff printing, flock and heat transfer. For heavyweight 240gsm cotton, screen printing and embroidery are the most durable options for streetwear.

Q4. How does the acid wash process affect the fabric? Will it shrink or fade? 

Acid wash creates a vintage faded look on the surface only — the fabric core keeps its strength. Our cotton is pre-shrunk during production, and with cold machine washing shrinkage stays within 3-5%. The washed effect may evolve slightly over time, which is part of the vintage aesthetic.

Q5. What sizes are available, and does the oversized fit run big?

 We offer sizes from S to 4XL, plus custom grading for bulk orders. The oversized cut runs boxy and loose — if you prefer a regular fit, size down one size.

Q6. What is your production lead time for a bulk order? 

Standard production takes 15-25 days depending on order quantity and printing complexity. Samples take 7 days. We will provide a confirmed schedule with your quotation.

Q7. Do you offer OEM/ODM services with my own brand?
