Digitising and proofing before a single stitch

Send your logo and we return a digitised stitch file plus a sewn-out sample of the actual embroidery — not a Photoshop mockup. You approve the stitch density, thread colour and placement on real fabric before bulk, which is how small text and fine detail avoid the usual embroidery failures.

Q: What artwork do you need for embroidery? 

A: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal; a 300dpi+ PNG or high-resolution photo also works. We digitise the file and send a stitch-out sample for approval.

Q: Can small text be embroidered?

 A: Text can go down to roughly 5mm cap height with flat embroidery. Below that we recommend a woven or printed label instead.

Q: Does embroidery work on lightweight fabric? 

A: It needs a stable base. We recommend 280GSM or heavier for the crew neck sweatshirt so the stitch does not distort the fabric.
